Ensure your child has access to a phone and can talk to someone.
Provide them with emergency numbers listed above, if they don’t want to talk they can talk online through beyond blue or kids helpline headspace websites.
Make a safety plan.
Don’t leave your child alone - think about safety (pills/knives/balconies)
